Just a brief note to let you know how pleased we were with all the hard work &  effort you put in to selling our property. We were aware from the point of taking our property to market that it was not going to be easy to achieve the selling price we were asking, although we knew the property was definitely worth every cent of it (the asking price).

We are well aware also that it is probably not a good time to be trying to sell any type of property, however the fact that you agreed that the price we were asking for our property was achievable, and your positive attitude along with a lot of hard work gained us a sale in what we believe was record time.

When we first made contact with yourself we failed to mention that we had approached other local real estate agents regarding the sale of our property, however their NEGATIVE attitude along with the fact that they were also quoting us valuations of up to nearly $300,000 (yes thats right) below what we required in the sale of our property quickly sent us looking elsewhere.

I guess we would have to say it was our lucky day when we signed with your Office.
